Ningbo Hongxie Clutch Co., Ltd. (the former named Ningbo Hongxie Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) is a joint venture co***ny established in 1995, specializing in the production of automotive clutch as a national auto parts export base enterprise and a national high-tech enterprise. The co***ny occupies 60,000 square meters including the construction area of 40,000 square meters, with the assets of 0.26billion. As auto transmission product getting industrialized, our sales is expected to exceed 1billion RMB by 2015.
Our annual production capacity is up to 1.8 million sets of clutch assemblies, 45% products for overseas market such as Europe, North America and the Middle East, 55% for domestic market.
Our co***ny equipped with 10T to 2000T of various types of punches and hydraulic press, automatic heat treatment line, digital control lathes and machining centers, several assembly lines capable of processing and assembling a variety of mechanical products; and to ensure the stability of our products, we also set up a national test center with entire advanced testing equipments for auto clutch such as comprehensive performance test benches, dynamic releasing durability test machines, high speed bursting test bench and other test machine for cover & disc assemblies and components.
We constantly introduce advanced management mode: ISO9002: 1994 quality system since April 1998, QS-9000: 1998 and ISO9001: 2000 since December 2001, and since May 2005, we have carried out ISO/TS16949 quality management system certification.
Due to our outstanding performance and management, we have been awarded more than 70 national, provincial and municipal honors: National Auto Parts Export Base Enterprise, National High-Tech Enterprise, National Torch Program commitment unit, the Provincial R&D Center for clutch, the Provincial AAA level 'contract abiding & trustworthy¡¯ enterprise, Ningbo Famous Brand, Ningbo Well-known Trademark, etc.
